Gordon Dey started his company, Real Estate Advantage, Inc with just two agents in 1996. Once he retired from the Marine Corps in 1999, he bought a franchise and, at one point, had over 70 agents and 3 offices. Gordon joined Keller Willaims Realty and formed The Dey Team in 2012, which consists of some of the best agents in Florida.

Gordon has been in the industry for over 20 years and his expertise has been recognized many times.
